- High Season is: May 25th to September 2nd plus all BANK HOLIDAYS
- Payment
- Please note that a minimum deposit payment of £20 - OR - if the value of your stay is less than this amount, then the full amount must be made within 24 hours after we have provided confirmation of reservation via e-mail. Payment is made via the Payment Page.
- Credit card payments can also be taken over the phone
- Cheques are not accepted
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Arrival and Departure
- Please do not arrive before 12 noon
- Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon
- No arrivals accepted after 9 pm in the summer period (April to September)
- No arrivals accepted after 7 pm in the winter time (Oct to March)
- If you wish to stay after 12 noon you may book an extension until 6pm. Cost of extension is £5.00 per pitch
- Please book early to avoid disappointment
- Day Visitors
- Day visitors should report to reception on arrival and should not arrive before 10 am and must depart before 8 pm
- Bookings (families & couples only)
- A deposit of £20.00 per pitch is required for bookings.
- Maximum of six persons per pitch
- Dogs
- Dogs are only accepted from February 1st to September 30th
- Dogs must always be kept under control on a short lead whilst on and around the Park. This is to protect the wildlife that we are encouraging in the area.
- Dogs must not be allowed to foul the Park or become a nuisance. They may however be exercised off the lead in the field provided.
- Farm Animals
- Please do not feed any animals on the Park due to the special diets of some of the animals. Ducks and chickens are an exception and you can of course feed them.
- Cars
- Please observe the 10mph speed limit on the Park. No commercial vehicles
- Noise
- Televisions and radios should be used considerately during the day. Between the hours of 11pm and 7am absolute quite must be observed. Any persons in breech of these rules may be asked to leave.
- Damage
- The proprietors will not be held responsible for any damage to guest's property or injury whilst in the Park.
- WiFi Hotspot
- Hotspot coverage is not park-wide.
- Customers are responsible for their own internet security and anti-virus software, and do use wireless connectivity at their own risk.
